our membership is growing. It is becoming increasingly important that we manage the entry points of all new members. New members come with a wide range of skills and experience. Our goal will be to place them in a grouping that will provide both a fun and competitive environment.  We ask all new members to be as accurate as possible when self rating. Beginners and players with a self rating of 2.9 or below will choose the novice grouping in the  "Court Reserve app " . Players who are registering with a self rating of 3.0 to 3.4 or higher will register  in the intermediate Grouping  in the "Court Reserve app "  and players with self ratings 0f 3.5 and above will choose the Advanced Grouping in the "Court Reserve app " . Players with DUPR raring of 3.8 and above will be added to the Advance Plus grouping at the players request.

The Skill groupings we have today:

• Novice -This time period is meant for all Players (regardless of self-rating) who are not yet wanting to play in the more competitive levels. It is the starting point of all beginners and those self ratings less than 3.0. 
• Intermediate - These players  have self rated at 3.0 to 3.4
• Advanced - These players have self-rated between 3.5 and 3.75
• Advanced Plus Players  are players who are rated by outside organizations at 3.8 or higher.
